Three new partner promotions at Darwin Gray

Darwin Gray has promoted three new partners as the firm marks its 25th year in business, after a period of sustained growth across its operations.

The Cardiff-headquartered firm said the promotions of Siobhan Williams, Siôn Fôn and Oliver Morris bring its total number of partners to 13, following two partner promotions in 2025.

The announcement comes as the firm reports a 40% increase in staff numbers across both legal teams and support functions, with growth recorded in its Cardiff and Bangor offices, both of which have doubled in size.

Williams, a member of the corporate and commercial team, joined Darwin Gray in 2014 as a trainee solicitor, reflecting the firm’s track record of developing talent internally through to partnership level.

Fôn joined in 2019 and specialises in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial and property disputes.

Based in north Wales, he leads the firm’s Bangor office and is playing a key role in expanding its presence in the region.

Morris joined the firm as a senior associate in 2021 and is part of its property team, advising on the commercial property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, often working alongside the corporate and commercial division.
