Specialist contractor Vale CRW Ltd has doubled its workforce and secured its largest contract to date, marking a period of rapid growth and strategic development for the business.

Over the course of 2025, the company expanded its team significantly to meet rising demand across its portfolio of concrete repair, waterproofing, plastering and structural projects.

The growth led to a move into new, purpose-designed premises at the end of the year, supporting potential further expansion.

Alongside operational growth, Vale CRW Ltd has increased investment in its marketing activity, rolling out enhanced digital initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility and engagement within the sector.

A major milestone came with the award of a large-scale structural repair contract in partnership with R&M Williams and City & County of Swansea.

The project will see the company deliver extensive works to two tower blocks on Croft Street in Swansea, supporting more than 100 council homes as part of a wider multi-million-pound regeneration programme.

The contract is the largest in Vale CRW Ltd’s history. Managing Director, Dylan Pritchard, said: “We’ve worked incredibly hard over the past few years to build a business that delivers quality, reliability, and safety on every project.

“Doubling our team, moving into a new facility, and securing our largest contract to date are all significant milestones, but they’re also a reflection of the trust our clients place in us.

“Achieving ISO 45001, alongside renewing our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, shows our commitment to doing things the right way, for our people, our clients, and the environments we work in.

“I’m particularly proud to see team members like Alex Bowden who has been promoted to Contracts Manager progress through the company.

“That’s what sustainable growth looks like to us, investing in people as much as projects.”
