Smart Energy Homes named Wales’ fastest growing firm

Smart Energy Homes has been crowned Wales’ Fastest Growing Firm and the UK’s Fastest Growing Green Firm, marking a major milestone for the rapidly expanding energy-efficiency specialist.

The business works in some of the most deprived communities in the UK helping households cut bills and make homes warmer through insulation, heat pumps and solar PV as well as working with affordable home providers, developers and business owners who need to become more efficient and reduce their energy consumption.

The awards, announced at the 2025 Fast Growth 50 & Fast Growth 200 awards in Bloomsbury London on Wednesday evening, recognise the company’s scale-up to around 200 staff and contractors.

Managing director Bradley Wayman said the recognition reflected both the company’s mission and the strength of the team driving its growth.
