Recruitment firm expands South Wales leadership team with senior appointments

Acorn by Synergie has strengthened its South Wales leadership structure with a series of senior appointments across its Industrial, Commercial and Key Accounts operations.

Sally Smith has been appointed Industrial Manager, while Ann-Marie Derrick takes on the role of Commercial Manager, with both overseeing key areas of the recruitment business in South Wales.

Commercial Partnerships Director Mark Rudge will take overall responsibility for the Industrial and Commercial sectors alongside his existing portfolio covering manufacturing, engineering and facilities management.

The changes form part of a wider organisational development programme, which will also see the division previously known as Managed Services rebranded as Key Accounts.

Angela Thomas will continue as Head of Key Accounts for South Wales, supported by Jon Romans, who becomes Operations Manager, and new Account Manager Shauna Morris.

The restructuring is intended to strengthen Acorn by Synergie’s focus on long-term relationships with major clients across the South Wales market.
