Cyber security specialist PureCyber has been named in the UK Fast Growth Index for the third year in a row, cementing its position as one of the fastest-expanding firms in the sector and one of Wales’s standout tech success stories.
The Index recognises the fastest-growing and most dynamic companies across the UK.
Alongside its UK-wide recognition, PureCyber has also been listed among the top 50 fastest-growing companies in Wales.
The business has significantly strengthened its security portfolio over the past year, expanding services in threat exposure management, incident response, and both offensive and defensive cyber operations.
The company has also widened its reach nationally and internationally as demand for proactive security solutions rises.
Founder and CEO Damon Rands said the firm’s latest accolade reflects the dedication of its team and the value of its mission.
He said: “Being listed in the UK Fast Growth Index for the third consecutive year is an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work of the entire PureCyber team.
“Our mission has always been to forge meaningful partnerships with organisations that serve as the foundation for a truly resilient security culture.
“Recognition like this shows the value of that mission and the trust our clients place in us.”
PureCyber has marked 2025 as a milestone year, with growth supported by an expanding UK-based workforce, CREST accreditation for its Security Operations Centre, and investment in new capabilities, including its enhanced Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) service.
Rands added: “We are excited to be recognised among such outstanding organisations that are achieving impressive rates of growth in challenging times. Being named in the Index for three years in a row is a huge honour.”
