North Wales healthcare firm strengthens R&D leadership with senior appointment

Reacta Healthcare has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Iedena Lima as Head of Research and Development.

Lima joins the pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer with more than 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, including formulation, regulatory strategy and commercial product development in GMP-regulated environments.

She joins from Wockhardt UK, where she most recently served as Head of Research and Development, having previously held senior roles at Advanced Woundcare and Hikma Pharmaceuticals.

At Reacta, Lima will lead the development of its R&D function as the North Wales company expands its product portfolio and support for global clinical trials.

Reacta specialises in pharmaceutical-grade oral food challenge products used in food allergy diagnosis and is continuing to develop its presence in the global healthcare market.
