Stable has appointed Ryan Lewis as new Managing Director to continue the company’s growth across Wales and the UK, ahead of its 25-year anniversary.
The Cardiff-based digital consultancy has been working with organisations across public sectors, education, and more to modernise their workflows via digital tools for over two decades.
With accelerated growth across the UK, Stable is contributing to Wales as it emerges as a major player in the UK for AI modernisation.
The leadership team blends Welsh roots, as some members are fluent in Welsh, with national experience, positioning the company to deliver both regionally and across the UK.
Stable pride themselves on long-term partnerships that continue to focus on secure, digital environments. They have recently invested in Sgript, their first innovative AI model that is designed to simplify everyday work duties and improve collaboration.
Lewis comes to the company from senior roles at Microsoft, the partner of Stable whose tools are utilised at the company, where he led digital transformation programmes across the UK.
Before that, he had served as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces.
Lewis said: “Wales is building real digital momentum, and we intend to help fuel it.
“Stable has always believed that technology alone doesn’t transform organisations, people do.
“Our focus now is on helping teams feel confident, capable and ready for modern ways of working. Organisations want partners who understand both technology and the human reality of change.
“Our ambition is to strengthen Wales’ digital capability while expanding our contribution across the UK.”
Founder and CEO of Stable, Anwen Aspden, said: “Ryan’s appointment marks an important moment for Stable.
“We are strengthening our leadership, sharpening our focus and scaling our capability, combining clarity, trust and agility with the pace needed to help organisations deliver meaningful, measurable change.”
