GS Verde Group has announced the promotion of Linzi Lumbley to Director within its Tax & Accountants team, marking the latest step in the fast-growing advisory group’s expansion.
The Cardiff-headquartered firm, which also operates in Bristol, Cheltenham and Ireland, specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and related corporate transactions. The promotion reflects both the firm’s ongoing growth and its strategy of developing talent within its multi-disciplinary teams.
Since joining GS Verde, Lumbley has played a key role in strengthening the group’s tax and accountancy offering, delivering technical expertise and strategic advice on complex tax and financial structuring issues.

In her new role, Lumbley will continue to support ambitious clients across Wales and the South West, while also focusing on innovation within GS Verde’s systems.
