The Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summit 2026 has concluded in Geneva with organisers calling for continued international collaboration on equity, inclusion and intergenerational leadership.
Held at the Palais des Nations, the summit was convened by TechCeFaCos Group under its ECOSOC Special Consultative Status, with Mastering Diversity CIC acting as strategic knowledge partner.
The event brought together educators, legal professionals, youth representatives, campaigners and business leaders from multiple countries to discuss this year’s theme of equity, empowerment and intergenerational collaboration.
Bernie Davies, founder of Mastering Diversity CIC and patron and main UN representative for TechCeFaCos Group, said: “Geneva reminded us once again that meaningful change is rarely created by one voice or one sector acting alone.
“It happens when leadership meets lived experience, when generations collaborate and when people are willing not just to talk about inclusion, but to build it together. This Summit was never intended as a moment. It is part of a movement.”
A key outcome from the summit was the development of a Joint Communiqué containing recommendations linked to education, health, AI and technology, youth leadership, refugee inclusion and sustainable development.
The summit also featured contributions from representatives across sport, law and education, including Helen Phillips, who spoke about the role of sport in promoting inclusion and opportunity.
Students from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Tourism and Event Management Department supported event operations and content production, while Howell’s School Sixth Form students participated in discussions focused on youth leadership and equality.
Mfikela Jean Samuel, co-founder of TechCeFaCos Group, said: “Partnership is the heartbeat of this work. We are deeply grateful to Mastering Diversity CIC, our speakers, delegates, students, volunteers and all who travelled this journey with us. Geneva demonstrated what becomes possible when people unite around a shared purpose.”
