Glamorgan County Cricket Club has revealed its shirt sponsors as the Welsh side embark on an exciting new era this season.

The announcements come as the club make their return to Division One of the County Championship for the first time in more than two decades.

Glammy has expanded its partnership with Jellyfish Business Solutions, with the technology firm set to become the front-of-shirt sponsor for the club’s men’s County Championship side during the 2026 season.

Jellyfish has worked alongside the club since 2021 as its Official IT Partner, playing a central role in the day-to-day operations of Sophia Gardens.

Its responsibilities span the management of the club’s IT network, print services and telephone infrastructure, all of which are critical to the functioning of the stadium as an international cricket venue.

The company has also been involved in community initiatives, working with local charities to distribute tickets for every Vitality Blast fixture, helping broaden access to live cricket for families and young supporters. Plans are now in place to expand this initiative under the renewed agreement.

As part of the enhanced partnership, Jellyfish branding will feature prominently on the front of Glamorgan’s County Championship shirt, which will was unveiled in the club’s opening Division One fixture against Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

Ed Rice, Commercial Director of Glamorgan Cricket, said: “Jellyfish have been a valuable part of the Glamorgan Cricket family for several years, and we are thrilled to elevate our partnership as we return to Division One cricket.

“Their technical support underpins almost every aspect of operations at Sophia Gardens. To have Jellyfish on the front of our County Championship shirt in such a historic season feels incredibly fitting.

“We are grateful for their continued support and look forward to showcasing our new kit together as we embark on an exciting year in Division One.”

Jack Walsh, Managing Director at Jellyfish, said, “We are incredibly proud to strengthen our partnership with Glamorgan Cricket by becoming front of shirt sponsor for the upcoming season.

“Over the past five years, we have built a close working relationship with the Club, supporting its IT infrastructure and seeing first-hand the ambition, professionalism and community focus that runs through everything they do.

“To now take our place on the front of the shirt at Sophia Gardens is a significant milestone for Jellyfish. It reflects our shared values around performance, reliability and long-term growth.

“With the new season kicking off against Yorkshire this Friday, it is an exciting time for everyone connected with the Club.

“We are looking forward to supporting Glamorgan both on and off the field and being part of what promises to be a successful season ahead.”

Glammy has secured a new commercial partnership with Mitchell Associates, which will see the firm become the club’s official sleeve sponsor across all formats for both its men’s and women’s teams.

The two-year agreement will see Mitchell Associates branding feature on the sleeves of Glamorgan’s kits in the County Championship, Metro Bank One Day Cup and Vitality Blast.

Mitchell Associates, an independent, family-owned firm of chartered accountants based in south Wales, brings decades of experience supporting businesses and families across the region.

While the men’s team begin a new journey in Division One, next year is already shaping up to be a big on for the women’s team continues, as they continue their progression towards Tier 1 status.

Ed Rice said: “We are delighted to welcome Mitchell Associates into the Glamorgan Cricket family.

“Their roots in south Wales and their commitment to growing long-term relationships perfectly with who we are as a Club. It is important to us that our partners share our belief in developing talent and celebrating Welsh identity, and Mitchell Associates are a brilliant fit.

“We look forward to working closely with them over the next coming years and building a partnership that delivers real benefit for both organisations and for Welsh sport.”

James Mitchell, Director at Mitchell Associates, said: “We’ve established a strong presence in Cardiff in recent years and have been looking to align with a leading Welsh sports organisation that reflects our values and ambition, supporting our growth across Wales. Glamorgan Cricket feels like a natural and compelling fit.

“The progression of Glamorgan Women towards Tier 1 status in 2027 presents a significant opportunity to support the continued rise of the women’s game, while the men’s promotion to Division One of the County Championship underlines the club’s momentum at the highest level.

“Together, this marks a defining period for Glamorgan Cricket. We’re proud to be partnering with the club at such an exciting time and look forward to supporting its continued success both on and off the field.”
