Welsh tech firm de Novo Solutions has been named one of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies, ranking eighth in the 2025 edition of The Sunday Times 100, a respected league table that celebrates the country’s most dynamic and high-performing businesses.
Founded in 2021 by Chief Executive Mark Sweeny, the South Wales-based company has achieved meteoric growth in just four years, thanks to its specialist digital transformation solutions in Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
The Sunday Times 100 recognises UK-headquartered, privately-owned businesses based on their three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), with a minimum sales threshold of £5 million in the most recent financial year. de Novo’s rapid ascent into the top 10 of the list underscores its strong commercial momentum and market impact.
Operating across both public and private sectors, the company has delivered cloud-based digital transformation for Central Government departments, Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, and leading commercial clients in industries such as logistics, telecoms, and infrastructure.
Much of de Novo’s success is rooted in its implementation of Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow technologies, enhanced by proprietary innovations including:
