City Executive Search has strengthened its board with the appointment of Steve Dimmick as Non-Executive Director, as the firm looks to support its next phase of growth.

The business, part of Recolution Group, operates as a specialist executive search and leadership advisory firm, working with organisations across financial services, professional services and high-growth sectors to secure senior leadership talent.

Dimmick joins with extensive experience in executive recruitment, alongside a broader career as an entrepreneur and C-suite operator.

He has founded, scaled and advised multiple businesses, and is recognised for his strategic insight and understanding of leadership and talent dynamics.
