Cardiff-based Cardo Group has acquired Scottish roofing firm Faskin Group, a move that strengthens its specialist roofing capabilities and supports the expansion of skilled local jobs.
Founded in 2010 by Frank and Karen O’Hara, Faskin Group has grown into a well-established name in the Scottish roofing market.
As part of the deal, Faskin Group’s local workforce will join Cardo Group, adding specialist roofing expertise and increasing the range of services Cardo can offer clients across the UK.
The acquisition also supports Cardo’s wider strategy of investing in local workforces while strengthening national service delivery.

Faskin Group will continue to operate under the leadership of Frank and Karen O’Hara as the business is integrated into Cardo Group over the coming months.
