Cardiff-based GS Verde Group Expands with New Bristol Office

Multi-discipline dealmaking firm GS Verde Group has announced the opening of a new, significantly larger office in Bristol’s Temple Quay, as the company continues its rapid growth across the South West of England.

The firm has taken over the mezzanine floor of One The Square, a prime Grade A office development located in the heart of Temple Quay, close to Bristol Temple Meads railway station. The move reflects rising demand for GS Verde’s integrated services, which span mergers and acquisitions (M&A), legal, tax, accountancy, and strategic communications.

The new premises provide increased capacity for the firm’s expanding team of experts, enabling closer collaboration across its various specialist disciplines.

GS Verde’s expansion in Bristol comes on the back of strong regional performance. The firm was recently ranked among the top five M&A advisors in the South West by Experian’s Market IQ report, highlighting its increasing role in corporate transactions across the region.
