South Wales-based fitness business B Fit Group has acquired Hunt Fitness, a well-established gym based in Leighton Buzzard, marking the third acquisition for the fast-growing group. The deal was advised on by multidisciplinary M&A specialists GS Verde Group.
Founded by Kev Foley, a veteran of the fitness industry with over two decades of experience, B Fit Group specialises in personal and small group training for individuals aged 40 and over. The business has been pursuing a strategic growth plan aimed at building a network of high-quality coaching gyms across the UK.
Hunt Fitness has developed a strong reputation in the South East, supported by a dedicated team and loyal client base. The acquisition will enable the gym to scale and enter its next phase of growth under the B Fit umbrella.

The transaction was managed by GS Verde Group, known for its integrated legal, finance, tax, and deal origination services across the UK and Ireland.
